I need help with the nhs!!

Disclaimer!! im not here for specific medical advice/diagnosis just advice on how to better navigate the nhs system, also if there's a better more specific sub to submit this to please tell me

For the last year I've been having constant issues with my memory (to the point that I never remember even what day it is, and struggle to recall words, and conversations with friends when ive never had these issues before), my senses dulling, constant vertigo (where it looks like my vision is moving in circles even when im perfectly still), and found it progressively more difficult to focus or to read text, and my vision feels dull but not necessarily out of focus kind of like when youve had a few pints not sure how exactly to describe it.

Ive had appointments with either 4 or 5 GPs about this and gotten no where, they are very dismissive that it could be anything serious and I think its because 1 im quite young at 21 and 2 I'm not able to fully convey the seriousness of the mental decline, its not like I've just got slight memory issues it is genuinely detrimental to my daily function and this was never the case beforehand. Ive had blood tests done that have not found any issues, and I want to clarify that I'm certain its not psychological as it's not affected by my workload or stress (although those things do make it harder to cope with it) and it started without a major incident and gradually got worse before plateauing, which has not been my experience with mental health crisis.

I want to know if there's anyway I can go about trying to get referred to a neurologist or any other specialist who could then conduct a pet scan or other tests to try and diagnose me. Ive been hesitant to try and get more help because I keep having anxiety about me overblowing the seriousness of it but its been a year and it isn't getting better and I genuinely can't live like this its horrible, and I don't know what I can do to fix this.
