Lost luggage at Heathrow airport

Hi all,

This is my first time to Europe and I flew from Heathrow airport , London to Stuttgart airport, Germany via Eurowings.

When I alighted from Stuttgart yesterday at 11.45 (Germany time), my luggage did not appear on the carousel.

Staff checked the system and there was no record of the luggage being on the Eurowings plane. Hence it is likely to be in London.

It’s been close to 24 hours and i will be contacting my insurance and check with Eurowings office again.

In the event that it is still in London airport, would you know if there’s anything I can do to speed things up? I won’t be in Stuttgart for too long and will need to visit other parts of Europe .
