Anyone educated on accents? Have some questions!

Is this what people call a 'posh' accent? Is her accent what people would consider to be how well-educated people speak? And is a posh accent the same as RP/educated accents? I am a bit confused because online I have seen people talk about how posh accents are different from educated/RP accents. If someone could explain this to me, it would be great.
