Ok so there are two agreements - the Withdrawal Agreement and the Political Agreement, but presented to parliament as 'the deal' - right?
The EU say that the withdrawal agreement is non negotiable.
But the political agreement can be renegotiated? However this is the one that the parties cannot agree upon.
So when someone (Some tory candidate, or corbyn) says that they will renegotiate with the EU, they are referring to the Political agreement right? So in essence saying that nothing can be renegotiated is wrong?
Or am I completely misunderstanding this?
