Does anyone remember this odd/macabre crime from 1998-2000 ?

in 1998, there was a big news story, a British artist had been working on a sculptor project with a medical school in London, and they had been making casts of body parts.

the artist had taken some liberties and they were taking the body parts back to their studio to do some of the casting.

the artist was arrested (possibly by the transport police) on the London underground with a human limb (possibly the arm) sticking out of their bag, possibly wrapped in silver foil. at the time the press were all over the story.

at the time it was a pretty big news story for about 6 months, the tabloids were all over it and the the medical school denied all knowledge of giving the artist permission who sort of left them in a lot of trouble. no idea what the what happened afterwards.
